How to Request a Return or Refund

Our team reviews your request within 1–2 business days. We may request additional evidence (e.g. unboxing video for damage claims).
Resolution
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Reshipping dispatched within 1–2 days.

Storage Responsibility: Research compounds must be stored correctly (typically −20°C for peptides). We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been improperly stored.
Customs & Import: Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with import regulations in their country. We are not liable for delays or seizures due to customs inspection.
Photo / Video Evidence: For damage or wrong item claims, please take photos or record an unboxing video immediately upon receipt. This significantly speeds up your claim.
