What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Card payments are processed via Stripe with full PCI-DSS compliance. We never store your card details. Crypto payments are peer-to-peer and fully private.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
EU standard shipping takes 5–21 business days depending on destination. Express shipping is 3–10 business days. Orders over €450 qualify for free express shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to 25+ European countries and offer worldwide shipping on request. Contact us for pricing and availability outside listed destinations.
Will my package be discreet?
Absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. No product names, logos, or any identifying information appear on the outside of the parcel.
What if my package doesn't arrive?
If tracking shows no movement for 40+ business days, we provide a free reship. For customs seizures, we reship free with official documentation as proof.

How should I store peptides?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at −20°C. Once reconstituted, store at 4°C and use within 4 weeks. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
We accept returns for wrong items received, damaged goods (with unboxing video), and undelivered orders. We do not accept returns for opened products or change-of-mind.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Cryptocurrency refunds take 1–3 business days.
What if I received the wrong item?
Contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a full replacement at no charge, shipped with priority.
